In order to come here, you can take a bus or a taxi in Incheon International Airport. There are many buses which go around Seoul Kyoyuk MunHwa Hoekwan from Incheon International Airport. Take a bus going to Yang Jae Station(¾çÀ翪 in Korean) and then take a taxi there. Taxi driver will ask you about 3 ~ 5 dollars for your fare. They will kindly take you to your destination.

There are thousands of hotels in Seoul. It's up to you in which hotel you stay. Seoul Kyoyuk MunHwa Hoekwan has rooms. POC will try for Seoul Kyoyuk MunHwa Hoekwan to suggest good price. If you show your entrance card of POC, Seoul Kyoyuk MunHwa Hoekwan will provide special rate to you.

If you book the venue hotel, you can get some discount rate.

If you want to enjoy the privilege, tell the hotel you come for POC. However, POC doesn't have something  to do with the hotel. So don't ask POC the way to book your room or don't ask POC to book your room instead of you. Booking your room is up to you. There are a lot of hotels in Seoul.
