Abstract

This topic will start with the DVB-S2 protocol commonly used in satellite Internet, and analyze the communication data from the satellite network by calling and writing the function of the satellite modem card. During the experiment, large satellites such as China Mobile Communications and China National Petroleum Corporation were discovered. There are security problems in the network, and explain the data leakage caused by the insecure application of its iDirect X3 modem and how to tamper with the ID of the modem to deceive the network management system and invade the satellite network from the air.
